Ajman Real Estate Valuations Reach AED 2.92 Billion in Q1 with 63% Growth
The Emirate of Ajman recorded a notable increase in real estate valuation transactions during the first quarter of the current year, with 63% growth and a total value of AED 2.92 billion across 961 transactions.
His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulatory Department, affirmed that real estate project unit valuation transactions reached 293, with a total value of AED 188.2 million, representing a 71% increase compared to the same period in 2025.
He stated that the data contained in the quarterly real estate report reflects the positive performance of Ajman’s real estate market and confirms the growing volume of investments, underpinned by a competitive environment and a flexible investment strategy that strengthens investor confidence in the Emirate. He noted that 434 real estate valuation transactions were recorded for investor Golden Residency purposes, with a total value of AED 767.7 million.
He explained that commercial property valuation transactions reached 115, with 42% growth and a total value of AED 1.6 billion, followed by residential properties at AED 823.8 million, and then industrial properties at a total of AED 285.6 million.
