The Ajman Department of Economic Development (Ajman DED) yesterday launched its Customer Happiness Week under the slogan "We Listen to Make You Happy." Running until May 3, 2026, the initiative aims to improve quality of life, enhance customer experience, and instill a government culture rooted in public engagement and effective responsiveness to community aspirations.
The event reflects the Department’s commitment to adopting global best practices in government services and bolstering institutional excellence. By developing direct communication channels, the Department seeks to transform customer feedback into real opportunities for improvement and innovation, aligning with the Ajman Government’s focus on proactive, flexible, and human-centric services.
Activities are taking place at the Department’s customer service centers—Al Hajis, Al Ma’loumat, and Natawasal—from April 27 to 29, 2026. These sessions include receiving customers to hear their developmental suggestions and conducting brainstorming workshops.
The initiative will extend its field presence via an interactive platform at City Centre Ajman from April 30 to May 3, 2026. This outreach targets various community segments in an open environment, allowing the public to explore the Department’s services, receive guidance, and participate in accompanying activities.
Customer Happiness Week features a comprehensive program of interactive and educational activities designed to highlight the Department’s service development efforts while promoting a culture of happiness, quality, and innovation within the government work environment.
The Department emphasized that the slogan "We Listen to Make You Happy" embodies its institutional approach of treating the customer as a key partner in service development and decision-making. This ensures a more efficient, seamless, and flexible service experience, boosting customer trust and strengthening the Emirate’s position as a competitive and attractive business environment.
The Ajman DED invites all community members, entrepreneurs, and business owners to visit the service centers and the interactive platform at City Centre Ajman to engage in the week’s activities and benefit from the initiatives offered. The Department noted that this event provides a direct platform for suggestions that contribute to service evolution and the achievement of the highest levels of satisfaction and happiness.
