H.E. Eng. Omar bin Umayr Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, announced that the emirate's real estate market recorded 1,432 transactions during February, with a total value exceeding AED 2.48 billion.
He emphasized that Ajman's real estate sector continues to achieve exceptional figures, reflecting the rising demand for various types of properties.
Al Muhairi explained that the trading volume reached AED 1.65 billion across 1,164 transactions. The Al Amrah area recorded the highest sale value at AED 215 million.
Furthermore, the department registered 198 mortgage transactions totaling AED 439 million, with the highest mortgage value of AED 57.5 million recorded in the Rashidiya 1 area.
Al Helio 2 topped the list of the most traded neighborhoods, followed by Al Helio 1 and Al Zahia. In terms of major projects, Emirates City led the list, followed by Corniche Residency and City Towers.
