Ajman Executive Council Organises a Session for Government Leaders on Global Economic and Geopolitical Transformations

The General Secretariat of the Ajman Executive Council organised, as part of the Strategic Knowledge Programme, the second knowledge session of 2026 entitled “A Strategic Reading of Economic Transformations in Light of Regional and Global Developments”, attended by a number of government leaders in the Emirate.

The session was presented by His Excellency Hussein Al Qamzi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Capital Tree and one of the leading experts in the fields of economics and investment. During the session, he addressed the most prominent global economic and geopolitical transformations and their repercussions on the energy, investment, and supply chain sectors, in addition to the future of economic policies amid rapidly evolving variables.

The session discussed the importance of strengthening institutional resilience, developing tools for economic risk foresighting, and entrenching integration among government entities, thereby contributing to the readiness of government institutions and their capacity to adapt to global changes, in alignment with the targets of Ajman Vision 2030.

This session comes as part of the Strategic Knowledge Programme’s efforts to entrench a culture of knowledge and foresight among government leaders, and to enhance the quality of decision-making through the discussion of issues of strategic and developmental significance.
